I am directed by the Secretary of State to request that you will move the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to order a passage at the Contract Rate to Hong Kong on board the Mail Steamer "the Inst" which will leave Southampton on the 20th for Mr W. H. Adams, his daughter and a female servant.

The whole cost of this passage will be paid at the Contract Rate by Mr Adams.
